By using Voxsyn Transcription ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms").

Service Description

Voxsyn provides audio transcription software for a one-time fee of $10, granting lifetime access. The Service requires your own OpenAI API key for transcription functionality.

Payment and Access

A one-time payment of $10 is required for lifetime access. No refunds are provided after purchase. You are responsible for OpenAI API usage costs.

Use of OpenAI API

The Service relies on your OpenAI API key. You must comply with OpenAI’s Terms of Use. We are not liable for OpenAI’s actions or service interruptions.

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the Service legally and ethically.
• Provide a valid OpenAI API key.
• Not reverse-engineer or redistribute the software.

Limitation of Liability

Voxsyn is provided "as is." We are not responsible for data loss, transcription errors, or OpenAI API issues.

Termination

We may terminate access for violations of these Terms. No refunds will be issued.
