Priority: Workspace admins with active issues

Common requests

  • Presence Tracker not appearing in Calendar: ensure the add-on is installed and enabled for your account/domain.
  • Meet rows empty: your domain may not allow the Meet API or attendance tracking; the add-on will fall back to RSVP.
  • Report location: attendance is saved as a new Google Sheet in your Drive.
  • Remove data: delete the generated Sheets and/or uninstall the add-on.

Service status

Presence Tracker runs entirely on Google infrastructure (Apps Script + Google APIs). If Google APIs are degraded, reporting may be delayed.
