Terms of Service

1) Acceptance

By installing or using Voxsyn software (including the Presence Tracker add-on), you agree to these terms.

2) License

We grant you a non-exclusive, revocable license to use the software. You may not resell, sublicense, or reverse engineer except as permitted by law.

3) Your responsibilities

• Ensure you have rights to the Google Workspace data you process.
• Comply with your organization’s policies and applicable laws (including HIPAA/FERPA where relevant).
• Do not attempt to bypass Google’s security or authorization controls.

4) Data handling

The add-on processes Calendar and, where allowed, Meet space information to generate attendance sheets stored in your Google Drive. See the Privacy Policy for details.

5) Fees

Some versions may be offered under a paid plan. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

6) Availability & changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features. We’ll avoid breaking changes without notice, but uptime is not guaranteed.

7) Disclaimer

Software is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voxsyn disclaims all implied warranties.

8) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voxsyn is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, or business, even if advised of the possibility.

9) Termination

You may stop using the software at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms.

10) Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New York, USA, without regard to conflict of laws.
