Privacy Policy

What this covers

This policy applies to Voxsyn websites and tools, including the Presence Tracker Google Workspace Add-on.

Data we access

• Google Calendar data (read-only): event metadata and attendee lists to generate attendance sheets.
• Google Meet space data (read-only): where allowed by your Workspace admin, we read meeting space artifacts to compile attendance. No media is accessed.
• Google Drive/Sheets (create/edit owned files): we create a Google Sheet in your Drive to store the report.

What we do not do

• No sale of data. No ad targeting.
• No persistent server-side storage of your calendar/meet content. Processing happens within Google’s platform; output is saved into your Drive.
• No escalation of permissions beyond those requested during install.

Retention & deletion

Generated Sheets remain in your Google Drive until you delete them. Uninstalling the add-on revokes our access going forward.

Security

We rely on Google’s authentication and OAuth scopes. We request the minimum scopes needed for functionality. Admins can revoke access at any time.

Your choices

• Uninstall the add-on from Google Calendar.
• Delete any generated Sheets in Drive.
• Contact support to report issues or request clarifications.
